Bless! Truck 2016

Today was so SUPER SPECIAL.  We (Gateway Church Frisco) got to go all over Frisco Texas today to the first responders and pray with them, give them a tub full of goodies and to just simply THANK them for all they do.

I LOVED it and the opportunity to be a part of something bigger than myself.

Had another FUN shoot with Altair

Last week at Altair Global
We had another COOL opportunity to help them with a SUPER FUN campaign for their Annual Circle of Excellence Event.  The excitement with THIS shoot was that they needed their final video same day, so it added a sense of synergy in the air.
So here you see our on-location editing suite.  ; )
We had a GREAT time story-telling “Round 2” of the Circle of Excellence process.
Got to enjoy the cupcakes that were being provided too — YUM!

Loving on Altair with MotoKofe

Today was a SUPER SPECIAL day.  I hired MotoKofe to come out to Altair Global in Plano Texas and serve them misc coffee beverages for several hours this morning.  I had Mary bake up some of her AMAZING cookies, and I got to hand them out personally to each and every person that stopped-by to get coffee.  A HUGE thanks to Norcostco for my EPIC costume – “Queen of Hearts”.  Today was a VERY good day – Happy Valentine’s Day 2016, everyone!

Campus Life

Had a recent assignment and opportunity to be on TCC‘s Southeast Campus.
Was reminded how MUCH I miss campus life.  College is such a GREAT time in life to discover who you are and where you’re going.  Looking forward to the next opportunity. See you around campus!!

A day in our life

2016 has started off with a bang!!  Super pumped to always be adding more and MORE video projects to our agenda.  Working with THIS fun crew made for an EPIC Friday.

This was just one of several more videos they need this month.
We’re EXCITED.  Welcome to behind the scenes in a day in our life.

There is a new Broker in town

2016 is already looking AMAZING.  Not only is John Brooks NOW a real estate Broker, he is launching JB Real Estate Group, our first client of the year.  We are super excited to be his go-to film crew for all his video needs.

We thought you all would enjoy seeing the FUN he has on ALL his video shoots, he REALLY is a “natural” behind the camera, don’t let him tell you anything otherwise.  ; )

We enjoyed this shoot and are looking forward to producing many MORE video projects this year for our AMAZING clients.

From Strangers to Friends

Everywhere I travel, iLOVE to meet strangers.  Florida has been no exception.

This is Uwe from Germany.  He and his wife work at the Wine at The Docks in Tarpon Springs for the past 3 or so years.  They happen to know the owners, and because of that connection they are happily employed at this quaint venue meeting people like myself and many others.

Florida 2015/16

Next, let’s meet Rita of Rita’s Creations, aka The Cotton Lady. She is from Greece and has been in the United States for 50 years.  She opened and started her business here in 2007, and has persevered daily in building her business. She is passionate about upscaling items by enhancing them with cotton material. She is photographed here with the first item she ever “cottoned”, a little lamp shade.

Finally, below is a wonderful lady in Tarpon Springs, who has a GREAT job in advertising. ; )  She gets to sit in this FABULOUS chair and “shout out” about all the specials that Mama’s Greek Cuisine has.  Her AMAZING hat is what drew me to her.

Florida 2015/16

Thanks for stopping by to meet my new friends.  I highly recommend visiting Tarpon Spring, Florida for an introduction to Greek traditions and cultures.  We LOVED it.

A Project of a Lifetime

Over 3 years ago I was inspired by a Detroit-based photographer named Nicholas Nixon.  Nicholas started his project in 1975 by taking a portrait of his wife and her 3 sisters, and carried out the tradition every year.

I started in 2013 by taking a portrait of my 3 nephews.  This is truly a project of a lifetime.  It has been a practice of patience as well.  I am eager to see them change from year to year.  I decided to make it as accurate as possible by taking it every year on Christmas day.

Here is the project to date.

Chick-fil-A meets Texas Health Dallas

I recently covered an event for Texas Health Dallas.  I was super excited to be a part of history-making.  Chick-fil-A was having their grand opening, ribbon cutting, first bite ceremony at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital!

iLOVE that Chick-fil-A is closed on Sunday’s and here is why.

Why Chick-fil-A is Closed on Sundays:

Chick-fil-A’s founder, Truett Cathy, made the decision to close on Sundays in 1946 when he opened his first restaurant in Hapeville, Georgia. He has often shared that his decision was as much practical as spiritual. He believes that all franchised Chick-fil-A Operators and their Restaurant employees should have an opportunity to rest, spend time with family and friends, and worship if they choose to do so. That’s why all Chick-fil-A Restaurants are closed on Sundays. It’s part of their recipe for success.

Oh what fun, it is to ….

I am a huge fan of traditions and THIS year’s Holiday Cookie delivery had a bit of a twist to it!  At the end of every year iLOVE to go around and deliver AMAZING Holiday Cookies to my clients, however, the twist this year was a trip to Norcostco first for this AMAZING costume.  Even enjoyed lunching at one of my most favorite places, Asian Buffet in Arlington.

2016 is going to be an EPIC year of fun adventures, surprises and MORE.
