I happen to live in such a unique space in downtown Dallas that lends itself GREAT for photography. Southside on Lamar has the best culture and coolest vibe.
Was cool to photograph these EPIC film makers.

Had a recent assignment and opportunity to be on TCC‘s Southeast Campus.
Was reminded how MUCH I miss campus life. College is such a GREAT time in life to discover who you are and where you’re going. Looking forward to the next opportunity. See you around campus!!
On Halloween this year I got to be a part of the Traditional Pumpkin Carving that my brother does with his boys.
We had so much FUN this year. Check out the pix for yourself. : )
Afterward, we all went to the annual ‘cul de sac cookout’ (right there in front of their house) complete with grilling, fire-pits & s’mores.
It had been a long time dream of mine to do a photo-shoot HERE.
So we drove through the “OPEN” gate and headed down to the EXACTLY place I had been dreaming of for months.
We began our shoot and all was going well AND THEN my assistant said “I bet they lock the gates at dusk, just keep that in mind” & I said “ok, let me just start wrapping this up and THX for the heads-up.”
So when we drove up to the gate, we saw THIS.
We were STUCK inside my “dream location”. It was ‘touch & go’ to get OUT of there, because it was THEN that we saw signs like NO TRESPASSING, and other words like that …
We saw a VERY NARROW passage between a tree and a guard rail and with much prayer and perseverance we made it OUT.
We left with the shot we went in there for. : )
PERFECT ending to a recent lifestyle shoot we did. Family Feet.
As we were walking back to the car, I saw THE place … right under a bridge.
Photographed a Bat Mitzvah over the weekend and did you know that Bat Mitzvah literally means “daughter of commandment”?! Further more, she is now morally and ethically responsible for her decisions and actions.
WOW, that is a tall order for a 13 year old. A WILD time was had by all!!!
I had the most AMAZING time today shooting an assignment for Stonebriar Centre in Frisco Texas.
The event was called Celebrate Schools. Stonebriar Centre was hosting a weekend pep rally where area schools showcased their best, raised funds and awareness for their schools and celebrated the school/community partnership.
Check out the FUN we had!!!
TCCD’s Chancellor, Erma Johnson Hadley, is SO PASSIONATE about people and their future that it just radiates from her.
By the way, did you know that you could just take a class at TCCD, without having to get a degree – that’s pretty cool.
I ALWAYS love hearing the Chancellor speak!!
I recently covered an event in Austin Texas for AICP [Association of Independent Commercial Producers].
We started off at the Alamo Drafthouse and ended up at The Highball for the afterglow party.
BRILLIANT bowling party idea for the afterglow party. GREAT venue for connecting!!!!
Had a BLAST, as you can see. : )
