We LOVED the snow

Had the most wonderful morning with our fur-babies.  We were so surprised to wake up and see such beauty.
Here are just a few pix from our wintery excursion.  I would definitely say we LOVED the snow.
By the way, Lucy chose to look away the entire time.  ; )

Feed My Sheep

I recently had an  A M A Z I N G  opportunity to join with other fellow Believers to make ham & cheese sandwiches for the homeless people that frequent Presbyterian Night Shelter in Fort Worth.  I saw on facebook that a friend of mine was extending an invitation to anyone who wanted to help.  Their goal was to make more than 1900 total sandwiches.  Trinity Cumberland Presbyterian Church does this every other month & I cannot wait to go back in May.

There were 2300 ham & cheese sandwiches made & when we ran out of ham we kept going and made 257 (double) cheese sandwiches!!  The total time to assemble all the sandwich makings was 1.5 hours.  They hit a new goal, 2557 TOTAL sandwiches were made and delivered.

Each sandwich = .28
Feed My sheep = PRICELESS

From my perspective

I have started a really cool assignment with one of my clients & the 1st assignment was to photograph the Denton courthouse at sunset.  I met up with the art director at a local coffee shop, we talked details and then headed up to the top of the 8-story Wells Fargo building.  Once arriving on the rooftop, we then had to grab a 10′ ladder and climb to the top (of that ladder) to get to our little 5’x5′ cement platform in order to get THIS perspective you see here.
Awesome way to start a really fun project.  Livin’ on the edge.  ; )Denton Texas Panoramic

AMAZING Tacos

I recently spent some quality time with a VERY dear friend of mine, Brian Dougher.  We started out at Buon Giorno Coffee in Grapevine & continued our conversation at So-Cal Tacos.  He KNOWS how much iLOVE tacos, so we decided to have lunch there.  I had never been there before & was eager to try them out. The lady at the register helped me pick the PERFECT combination.  I had 1 chicken, 1 pork & 1 steak … & all natural light.  ; )

CANNOT WAIT to go back.  See for yourself.  #eatsocaltocos

She knows where her help comes from

The BEST part of today’s assignment was seeing THIS lady acknowledging God.
She knows where HER help comes from … it comes from the Lord. Psalm 121:2.

YES!

I was recently on assignment at The Shops at Legacy to document the activities that were going on there.
They had some GREAT music in front of Urban Outfitters for #LegacyLive.

But GREATER than the music was THIS moment …

I have been forever changed

I have been forever changed by Flashes of Hope.
Here you see Kyneicia RIGHT after her mom put that plush giraffe on her head, such a precious moment here, to me.
I got the opportunity to walk around the hospital and photograph the kids who could NOT make it to the auditorium where all the other pix were being taken.

Behind the Scenes

TOTALLY had a blast on the set of Imaginator Squad.
LOVE the idea of children using their imagination to occupy their time – GREAT concept.
A behind the scenes moment here as the kids walk down the street after 2 AMAZING days of shooting.
